well, seen the dealer it is allowed itself in
inaccurate manner after my emails for inform its
forbidden from Ebay ask the percentage on paypal
payments, I put here the ID of the dealer for warning
all no bid the auctions of this person. The ID on ebay
its twinstar57 Warning, on the Seller's payment
instructions is not write he request the percentage
for paypal, he request this after the end of the
auction.
