[meteorite-list] 1000 kg of meteorites from Oman?

It would be interesting if we could see the actual decree and not just
vague references to it. Although it is written in Arabic, I'm sure someone
on this List could translate it. Then, we all could become familiar with
the Omani's policy concerning the collection and exportation of meteorites.
Maybe Dr. Al Busaidi can provide us with a copy of Royal Decree No. 27/2003.
