The free issue has been claimed by C. J. Lebel in Oregon.  
It's in the mail, CJ.

One person - Matt (bubbz at emucamp.com) requested a copy but my email
to him bounced with the message "userid blocked".   Sorry, Matt.

Thanks to everyone else who replied.  Unfortunately I had only one copy.
