I'd call it an oriented nose cone - the rollover rim and the lipping
are clearly visible. The flight marks may have been abraded away
and part of the original fusion crust has either been spalled off or
has weathered away. The bottom of this Apollo capsule-shaped
meteorite looks frothy like it should.

My take on it - worth about 2 Eurocents :-)
