Nope.  He was a moron trying to rip someone off.  Note in his auction description he says "IT HAS
TAKEN GREAT PRIDE IN OUR COLLECTION AND DUE TO REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL WE OFFER THIS ITEM FOR
SALE", claiming to have had it for a long time and now needing to raise money.  But he DID buy it on
Feburary 27th.  So, while honest mistakes ARE made by honest people, this liar wasn't one of them.
