Proposed artificial ring system around Earth to combat global warming-- along with "gravitationally
significant sheparding spacecraft".

Anyone want to do the math on how "gravitationally significant" the shepards would have to be to
maintain this?  I'm thinking bigger than anything that could ever be launched from Earth, even in
many smaller segments.
