Adam,
I'd like to quote Dick Cheney here, but I'll show the list some respect
instead and refrain from using the same explicative he was reported using by
the press.
you LITERALLY had the cahones to PUBLICALLY call me a liar over the
'collection in a slice' photo I posted, and then you werent man enough to
appologize when I presented documentation that the material was infact
purchased from the hupe collection. The best I got was a grudging 'oh, well
i guess thats the same material then' from you. And yet you lecture me about
respect?
I'm NOT trying to debate this issue with you I'm making sure everyone has a
fair and accurate representation of the situation and the nature of the
material in question- I do not like the insinuation that you have made that
claims of pairing between 1839 and 3133 are questionable when one of the
leading meteorite experts in the world says the stuff is paired on his
website. when my claims of pairing are based upon the NAU web site I cant
see how you can attack the credibility of what I have said without attacking
the credibility of NAU. I am simply parroting what they say.
I have NOT used your 'copyrighted material' in my auctions. The fact that
you are selling material is NOT your intellectual property, and when I
removed your name from my auction I did it as a polite courtesy to you, not
out of any moral obligation.
I could care less if you have any respect for me, as your statements have
done nothing to earn mine.
stan
PS - I appologize to the list for taking this fairly personal post public,
but I feel as though I must respond to the allegations made. This will be my
last post on the subject.
