My question is, why not make copies available on Ebay and Amazon?  They would reach a larger
potential audience than this list.  I don't know exactly what steps are necessary to do so, but I
know that I've found privately published, small run books available at Amazon before.  Look at one
called "Trilobite Poems", for example.  Available at Amazon and nowhere else (except for half.com).
