If it had been my 20th, or 10th, or 5th purchase I might have been less concerned.  But being my
first purchase, 17 days later with no response to e-mails, I wasn't getting a good first impression.
Since he has replied on-list, I'm now again giving him the benifit of the doubt and my apologies if
it really is both the package and the e-mails being lost in the mail.
