Thank you Jack.  Maybe my 'in' with the local PDnhere in Conway, NH will turn up a 
loophole.  Worth a try anyway.

If not -  I was arrested for civil disobedience in the late 60s.  Can't be much different 
than that.  Ooops - did I write that publicly???  Ha!
