[meteorite-list] Powellsville is [not] missing!

How can you miss it.  Powellsville is just up the road a piece from Franklin
Furnace and just a hoot-and-a-holler from Stream Side.

All kidding aside, Powellsville still has a zip code (45629), so it "exists"
as far as the USPS is concerned.
