[meteorite-list] Park Forest, Steve Witt and Tom Knudson

I've said it before and now again. Steve Witt must have converted more collectors to meteorites than Harley did to cycles, at least in the PF area. He gave me my first meteorite in the field, gratis. He tolerated all my ignorance with patience. He's the most modest of meteorite men.
