A very bright fireball, with ionized tail, just past over Boston tonight (11/19/04), heading due south. I saw it disappear over the horizon and glowing very brightly. It occurred at ~ 7:19PM EST. I live in Braintree, a southern suburb of Boston. The meteor passed directly overhead from almost true north to south. CharlyV
