[meteorite-list] "Columbia Basin tektites"?

Dear Mr. Fries,
   I have seen the photos and would be very cautious in labeling this material as tektite related.  Please also note the geology of the area??!!!  I am a researcher of tektites and impact related materials as well as meteorites.  If  may  help in the  future with real tektites please let me know.  Sincerely, Dirk Ross...Tokyo
