  Sorry, but your idea is never going to happen.  Sniping on ebay is a way of life and has been since the beginning of ebay.  The real solution would be for ebay to alter their auctions so that an auction could not end until 5 minuites had passed without a bid.  This would make it a TRUE auction venue.

  Good luck with sharpening your ebay sniping skills Mike.  If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
