[meteorite-list] Resend: Repatriating Chinese fossils fromAustralia

If you walk around the dealers in Hong Kong (a special administrative
region of China) they say there is no problem taking them out. This goes
from fossils to antiques. I don't think this is the law but there is no
one paying any attention to it. 

I do know that Mongolia lets nothing out, from minerals on. Apparently
China is easier. However this someone just told me, I have nothing to
back it up with.
