At the bottom of each email posted to the list, is the following link:

Scroll to the bottom and there is a box to enter your email address then 
just click the "UNSUBSCRIBE" button.  You will then probably be prompted 
for a password which Art (the admininstrator) sends a reminder to you 
now and then.
