[DogParkList] Speed Log UTC Time

Thanks for the idea Dave.  I was seeing a 24 hour clock on the log screen in the Log Mode so assumed that would be correct. And I had not changed anything - to my knowledge.

I saw the note about Don not being able to recreate it in the beta version. I checked my version and it was not quite the latest and greatest.  Did a quick upgrade and now it works!  Not sure why but I was able to get my QSO's entered today.
