[DogParkList] Speed Log UTC Time

I  have used the Speed Log function a few times to enter QSO's that I did on paper in the field.  Today I am trying to do it again but the UTC field does not do a 24 hour clock.  It goes to 12 and rolls over.  I dont recall this  happening before and looked at the online documentation and cannot seem to find anything.

Any help appreciated!
