[DogParkList] Missing link in MacLoggerDX Help file FAQ

There seems to be an orphaned link in the FAQ associated with the "MacLoggerDX Help" file: The link is found in the section of the FAQ titled, "How do I get cocoaModem to use MacLoggerDX to key the radio ?"  The link in question is:
