[DogParkList] RFE - auto-increment freq

Well, I guess the idea is, you pick a frequency and then just work
your way up in increments from there.
The idea being you let MLDX do the dial tuning while you get on with
reading something, if you hear something, you stop the scan and start
working it. My noise floor is so high (s7-s9) that scanning invariably
stops just because of a peak in the noise.

Unless I've missed something, in order to scan all frequencies from,
say 3.600 to 3.800 MHz in 2kHz steps, I've go to enter those on into
the memory list on the left, then drag them over to the scan list and
'tick' the boxes, quite a lot of entering in order to get it to scan
them.
