[DogParkList] QTH latitude and longitude

MacLoggerDX now accepts the Station latitude and longitude Preferences in the number format set in your System Preferences so if you previously entered them as:

52.085112
21.047456

and your System Preferences Language & Text Numbers Formats use the comma as a decimal delimiter you should change them to...

52,085112
21,047456
