[DogParkList] VFO issues (v5.13b28)

Hi Don,

I'm experiencing a weird behaviour from the radio panel: if I click  
(or Tab) away from it after setting a new frequency, it changes to the  
lower "rounded" MHz, e.g.: displayed frequency is 28.500, I click on  
it and key in "28,505" (notice the comma, it won't work with the "."),  
the radio acknowledges the new frequency. After that, if I click  
elsewhere (say, the "Call" field), frequency resets to "28.000".

Furthermore, I can't seem to be able to use the VFO slider, since  
whichever direction I drag it, frequency always goes down.

Radios: FT-817, FT-890
USB-serial converter: Prolific PL-2303, driver: http://osx-pl2303.sourceforge.net/ 
  (works better than the OEM)
