[DogParkList] Dups with suffixes

Is it possible that the little green dup indicator won't find a dup if  
there's a suffix? I can find a dup of WA1OUI for example, but if I've  
worked WA1OUI/140 and enter it again, it won't come up as a dup for  
the green indicator... contest helper does show it, however.
