[DogParkList] "Confirm QSOs with ADIF File"

Hmm..  it has worked fine for me previously but I just downloaded a  
recent LoTW file and also had no changes in my QSL R field this time.

I opened the LoTW file and checked two of the QSO's and can see no  
reason they shouldn't have taken.

Something has changed.
