[DogParkList] Clearing screen differences in panels

In the DX Panel if I clear the screen with CMD-K all the info  
disappears, as it should, except for Mhz, band and mode. Should these  
remain?

If I then switch to Contest, the callsign reappears!

If I use CMD-K with the Contest panel filled in, the callsign remains,  
and is selected, while all the rest of the info is cleared, except for  
Mhz, band, mode, and the sent info.

Is this operating correctly?

Using 5.05b17...
