[DogParkList] Date problem

I can't confirm that, it's using the 'Long' format from my
International System Prefs correctly.

However, it would be nice in a future version if we could pick which
of the date format strings it uses and set that in MLDX prefs -
personally I'd rather use the 'Short' format, because that is, er,
shorter.

But I believe Don is working on fixing beta bugs and getting the
functionality in place first.

I have to applaud his efforts, untiring and responsive - that must
have been hard enough on a mature product like v4, god alone knows
what it's like with a beta.
