[DogParkList] Clueless with Echolink

Hi

I have an iMac with EchoMac but I have no idea how to set it up.   
After reading something about UDP ports 5198 and 5199, I realize I am  
out of my element,
Is there a step-by-step method to activate Echolink on my Mac?
