[DogParkList] Time?

Will apologize upfront for the seemingly silly question -- but I just  
upgraded to 4.3.4 about an hour before jumping into the QRP-ARCI  
Spring QSO Party and all of a sudden all my log times are in 12H (AM/ 
PM) format instead of UTC which I'm pretty sure was the setting before  
the upgrade -- or am I dreaming of something on a Windoze laptop  
somewhere?
