Looks like something got corrupted, delete the "~/Library/Preferences/ 
com.dogparksoftware.MacDoppler.plist" file and the "~/Library/ 
Preferences/com.dogparksoftware.MacDoppler.mode.txt" file. You will  
have to re-enter your call, registration number and site info.
