[DogParkList] UTC time is way off

Hello to all. After some time away from the radio. I have begun using 
MLDX again (registered version 4.2.6). I just came to realize that the 
UTC time shown in the upper right corner is about 7 hours off. I have 
tried the online manual and even played around in the Date/Time panel 
under System Preferences and have come up empty. Anyone willing to 
share expertise about getting me back on time?
