[DogParkList] Elecraft K3

I've just placed an order for the K3, so will hope Don will be able to
support it once the command set etc becomes available. Its a superset of the
K2, so should be ok, but they say just about everything can be controlled
via software.
Doesn't ship until July sometime.
I'll be a beta tester if you need one Don.
