[DogParkList] icom CI-V

Hello all,

I need some help configuring a home brew CI-V cable that a fellow ham  
made for me. MacloggerDX does not seem to see it. It's hooked up to  
serial to usb adapter to my powerbook. I know that it works as I  
tried it on ham radio deluxe on the same computer and it made the  
connection.
