[DogParkList] Delay Setting

Don,

      The new version seems to work great!  One question, though.  I don't  
seem to be able to set my delay below 30.  Anything lower and the program  
locks up.  I am using an Icom 746-pro with a CT-17 connector.  Can I  
change anything to make it work faster?  I would like to use the slider to  
change frequencies.
