[DogParkList] LOTW Conversion problem

Apparently similar to what Anthony Rodgers, VA7IRL experienced, whenever I
try to sign my exported ADIF file, I get almost 100% errors indicating one
of the following:

Error: ADIF field data length overflow on line 1
Invalid MODE () on line 1
Invalid amateur CALL () on line 1

My log includes imported and new entries and this seems to appear
indistinctively for both. Anthony indicated he resolved by fixing an OUT OF
BAND problem. I¹ve tried to contact him on several occasions  to find out
how but the messages go unanswered and I hope nothing has happened to him.

At any rate, if anyone has run into this problem, I would certainly
appreciate knowing a solution so that I can upload my log.
