[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX v4.2.5 Released

MacLoggerDX v4.2.5 has been released with several minor changes...

* Added QRZ Notes checkbox to the preferences panel.
* microHAM virtual port checkbox changed to popup.
* Stack increased from 2MB to 3MB (fixes intermittent freezes).
