[DogParkList] Adding a new satellite to MacDoppler (AO-54 SuitSat)

If you are having trouble adding a new satellite to MacDoppler for  
Cocoa (ie AO-54 - SuitSat), don't forget to add it to the keplerian  
database first ("Download Keps" from the File menu now contains  
AO-54) and then add it to the modes file using the modes editor or  
import the new mode file from the web page...

If you attempt to import a modes file which contains modes for a  
satellite that is not in the keplerian database the new satellite  
modes will be discarded.
