I didn't realize why this was important until I upgraded. The old  
version would not start tracking the satellite until it got above the  
minimum elevation, and would cut off the pass when the satellite got  
below the minimum elevation value.

Now the paradigm uses the minimum elevation value to choose which  
passes to track, but tracks the bird from the time it pops over the  
horizon until it sets again.

A subtle but excellent improvement, thanks Don!
