I believer that this is problem.  I am looking for a null modem adapter 
to go between my USB/Serial adapter and my radio.

I have that set up like yours.

Downloaded and installed.

Selected the "USA19H182P1.1" port.  Still not working but as I said, I 
believe I need the null-modem adapter.
