[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX and the microHAM micro KEYER

MacLoggerDX 4.2b1 has preliminary support for the microHAM micro KEYER.

Radio control and the WinKey keyer are operational.

Select the "mH" check box in the Radio section of the MacLoggerDx  
Prefs Panel and the "radio or mH WinKey CW" checkbox in the Keyer  
window.
