[DogParkList] field order

I wish the fields could stay in the same order, width, etc. between updates.
I put quite a bit of time into tweaking the fields to be just the way 
I like them, and then, boom, along comes a new version which I just 
*have* to download and all my settings as to field location, etc. 
have to be done over.

Sure would be nice if I didn't have to do this with every update...
