[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX DXCluster Disconnects

Hi,

Myles is seeing intermittent disconnects in the DXCluster Panel. When 
this happens he is disconnected from the cluster, he can't connect to 
any cluster and nothing fixes the problem, not rebooting, deleting 
preferences etc. These 'outages' last for 2 to 15 minutes.

Is anyone else seeing this problem ?

(Typically MLDX should stay connect continuously and reconnect within 
10 minutes if the cluster reboots or the internet connection is 
interrupted.)
