[DogParkList] Cabrillo import for MacLoggerDX

With Jim's help, I have added Cabrillo Import to MacLoggerDX as of 
version 4.0.1b2 to support the collection of free contesting logging 
programs from Nedabalek Enterprises - the idea being that after the 
contest, MacLoggerDX users could import their contest files into their 
main log.
