No, the Labels Panel allows you to print labels for all the entries in 
your log that have a negative "QSL Sent" and "QSL Received" field.

The "Resend" Button in the Lag Panel will set all log entries that have 
a blank "QSL Received" field with a blank "QSL Sent" field so that they 
will be included in the Labels Panel for printing.
