[DogParkList] MacDopplerPRO Kenwood TS-2000 and full duplex with TONE

Thanks to a suggestion from Dave MacCarn I have updated the Kenwood 
TS-2000 Driver so that it can do full duplex with tone (required for 
SO-50 and ECHO voice.

The SUB Band transmitter is used - and while it is limited to 5KHz 
resolution this doesn't seem to present a problem for the FM birds.

If you are using MacDopplerPRO X with a TS-2000, give it a try and let 
me know what you think...
