[DogParkList] MacDopplerPRO X - Ready for Echo

MacDopplerPRO X v2.2b9 has been posted to the web site:

It has an updated kepler.dat and mode.dat file ready for Echo.

The keps for Echo are the Ken Ernandes estimates and will be updated 
when available.
Since Echo is not in the AMSAT Internet kep set you may want to "lock" 
your kepler.dat file to prevent accidentally overwriting it should you 
do a "Download Keps" command for the File menu.
