  - Icom Driver enhancements.
  - Schedules change precisely on the hour and half hour.
  - Tested with Mac OS X 10.3.3
  - Added DXCluster "Reconnect automatically" check box.
  - Added TNC Panel "Reconnect automatically" check box.
  - Added ability to store dxcluster passwords in the dxclusters.dat file
