As previously explained this has been fixed in the latest release and 
previous betas.
"Show email address" simply does not appear in v3.9.1

This was fixed and reported here on the 28th of January:

As a matter of fact it was fixed and a beta posted less than 3 hours 
after the change in the QRZ web site caused it to appear. QRZ put that 
message in where the email address used to be.
