If you have some often-used commands that you would like to see added 
to the list, send them to me and I will include them in the general 
distribution.

I have also added user-definable buttons to the DXCluster Panel.

Thanks to input from Ted, N7QY, the Awards Panels have also been 
completely re-designed since v3.5
