[DogParkList] New Keyspan OS X Drivers

Keyspan has released new OS X drivers for their USB and PCI serial 
adapters.

Keyspan USB Serial Adapter Driver (KeyspanUSAdrvr18) v1.8

1. Fixed bug where, in Mac OS X 10.3, assistant and driver couldn't 
communicate properly.  Caused either bad data in place of event trace 
or device status, or sometimes caused the Keyspan Serial Assistant to 
crash
2. Changed handling of doConfigCompl and statusMsg to allow events to 
arrive out of order around close.  Happens in some situation where EHCI 
is used and the adapter is plugged into a HS hub.

Keyspan 4-port Serial PCI card (KeyspanSXPro12) v1.2

1. Changed to support Mac OS 10.3


They both appear to work OK.
